Programs We Offer

outdoorarenaTherapeutic Riding

 45 minute classes for individuals with physical, mental or emotional special needs.  Meets once a week in 12 week sessions.  $15.00 per class. 

 Equine Driving Class

 Cart driving provides a  therapeutic class for those who cannot mount a horse, for various reasons such as size/weight or wheelchair confinement. Students  learn to harness the horse and drive the cart.   Wheelchair ramp makes it easily accessible.  45 minute classes held weekly for 12 weeks.  $15.00 per class. 

 Drill Team

 Experienced riders only.  Riders learn horsemanship skills, teamwork and group maneuvers to perform as representatives of our SS program.  Must be able to ride at the trot level.  Try outs are mandatory for this class.  $15.00 per 45 minute class. 

Horse Camp

 A one week day camp for kids 10 - 14 years old from single-parent or blended families.· Enjoy horseback riding, campfires, meet equine specialists, make horse-related crafts and learn what the Bible says as we "Restore Dreams." 

Classes For the Elderly

Equine Therapy has the potential to improve certain conditions that the elderly often face, such as cognitive dysfunctions, depression, anxiety and impaired motor function.

Hearing Impaired

Equine Therapy classes designed specifically for the deaf and hard of hearing.

 Students of all ages can share in a Bible lesson, craft, games & social interaction while caregivers may attend the 9:15 worship service at Freedom Valley.  No pre-registration needed--just come! 

 Saturday Respite Night

Special needs class activities to allow parents & caregivers some free time.  Please call ahead so we know how many to plan for. 

 Pappy's Project

A ministry providing hand-made fleece blankets to cancer patients.  Students learn how to show empathy & caring for those who are ill.

·Parents of Stars

Meeting at the same time as Respite Nite classes, this group provides support to parents and caregivers of special needs individuals. Formed by Leah Kissick, who has a degree in special education, the focus is on navigating the educational system and prayer for healing and restoration.
